# Step 1 - Enquiry and Loan Application
Clients can get in touch with our specialist team to discuss their specific requirements. We will respond within 24 hours after having thoroughly assessed your case. Once your enquiry has been approved, you will have to submit your loan application where you must clearly specify if you are looking for an unregulated residential bridging loan, bridge to let loan, commercial bridging loan or non status bridging loan. 

#Step 2 - Valuation of Your Security
We will contact you for access to your property that you have offered as security. Our underwriters will conduct a careful assessment of your property. 

# Step 3 - Legalities
At Bridging Finance UK, our loan process does not involve a lot of paperwork or strict credit checks. However, you might have to ask your property lawyer to act on your behalf to make sure that all of the legal requirements are met.

# Step 4 - Completion of Loan
With all the necessary documents in place and the necessary due diligence completed, we will release the funds for you to use as you please.
